COVID-19 Update

Please be advised I am taking all necessary actions to ensure the health and safety of myself and those who purchase from my website.

 

When will my order ship?

I happily offer same day shipping on all orders placed before 3 pm EST. After 3 pm EST all orders will be shipped next business day. You will be able to choose which method of shipping you would prefer at checkout.

Please note, due to carrier shipping delays I am unable to guarantee delivery dates at this time. However, all orders come with a tracking number which can be used to track your order at any time once it ships.

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the hygienic nature of my products, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review the Return and Exchanges policy for more details.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

My goal is to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly so that you can enjoy everything you purchased.

Please allow 1 – 2 business days for processing and handling. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships you will receive tracking number to show any updates on the carriers website.

 

What if my order has missing, wrong and/or damaged items?

I am sorry that you had any issues with your order and will do my best to make it right. Please utilize the “Contact AMC” page or send an email to hello@amcsmtcs.com and provide your order number along with a photo of what was received. Domestic customers may be eligible for a replacement.

All damaged/missing or wrong items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, I am unable to cancel or change your order. However, if you have accidentally provided the wrong address in your order, please send an email to hello@amcsmtcs.com with your order number and provide the correct mailing address. Once an order has been shipped I am unable to make any changes.
